Monthly plan data resets each month on the activation date. Mid-cycle upgrades prorate the price difference across the remaining days. Data packs last until used and never expire. Since the two billing models work differently, comparing only the upfront price can be misleading.

If your payment hasn't appeared yet, check the original order and keep your payment record. Don't pay again just because the page hasn't updated. If you need help, submit a ticket with your order and payment details.
Confirm whether you want a monthly plan or a data pack, then check the data allowance and price. If you want to upgrade an existing plan, review the changes shown in the dashboard first.
Choose Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT and follow the checkout instructions. For USDT, verify the transfer details shown on the page; don't reuse payment information from another order.
Review the order status and plan details to confirm the data allowance and billing method match your selection. Then get the client and subscription details from the dashboard and configure your device.
Refunds
To request a refund, sign in to the user dashboard and submit a support ticket. Specify the order and keep your order and payment records for verification. See the full terms in the Terms of Service.
You can report a refund request separately from a connection issue. If you're also having connection trouble, include your device platform, the client message, and what you were doing. Never share your account password or full subscription link.

Data resets monthly on the date your plan was activated. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Check the changes shown in the user dashboard before upgrading. Monthly data does not reset for everyone at the start of each calendar month.
Data packs last until used and never expire. They do not reset monthly. When choosing a pack, consider your remaining data and typical usage. No expiration does not mean data is automatically replenished when it runs out.
