Privacy Policy

This policy applies to the VPNAmp marketing website, user panel, and subscription service. It explains how information needed to provide the service is used and handled. Account and transaction data are separate from network activity logs, and are covered separately below. Data handled by third-party payment pages is also subject to the respective provider's policies.

Account Information and Service Records

No email address is required: an account can be created with a username and password. Email is optional and is not a condition for activating the service. Account credentials are used for identity verification and account management. Do not send passwords, login credentials, or complete subscription URLs in support tickets.

To provide subscriptions, verify entitlements, and process refunds, the service stores account-linked plan details, order status, payment results, summarized data usage, and support ticket contents. Usage summaries are used to calculate remaining data and are not used to identify browsing activity. Screenshots and descriptions submitted by users to report issues are used only to address those issues; please conceal unrelated personal information before sending them.

Scope of the No-Logs Policy

VPNAmp does not keep activity logs: it does not store which websites users visit, the contents of specific pages, or browsing history, and does not create records that could be used to reconstruct an individual's browsing activity. The service also does not retain per-connection logs linking an account to destination websites, including destination addresses and connection timestamps that could be used to reconstruct browsing sessions.

Temporary states used to forward requests during a connection are not retained as historical connection records. Account usage summaries and subscription status are billing and service management records, not browsing or connection logs. When reporting a problem, describe the device, error, and steps taken. The service will not ask for complete browsing history as part of routine troubleshooting.

Site Analytics and Local Storage

Analytics on the marketing website help us understand page visits, referral sources, and button usage so we can improve content and user flows. These statistics relate to pages on this website; they do not record users' visits to other websites over international routes. Analytics should not include passwords, payment credentials, or subscription URLs.

Cookies and browser local storage are used to maintain login status and save language preferences and necessary interface choices. Users can restrict cookies in their browser settings or clear this website's stored data. After clearing it, users may need to log in again and reset preferences. Closing a page may not clear login status, so sign out after using a shared device.

Payment Processing and Required Disclosures

The service supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are processed by the respective third parties. VPNAmp uses order identifiers, payment results, and necessary transaction verification information to confirm entitlements, and does not ask users to provide their payment account passwords to support staff. Refer to each third party's privacy policy for the scope of information it processes and its retention practices.

Account information is used or disclosed only as needed to provide subscription services, resolve transaction disputes, or respond to valid legal requests. Selling personal information is not a business purpose of this service. When responding to lawful information requests, only information actually held is involved; this does not generate activity logs that the service does not otherwise retain.

Data Retention and Deletion Requests

Account information is retained for as long as necessary to provide the service. Order and refund records are retained as required for transaction verification, dispute resolution, and applicable laws. Support ticket information is used while an issue is being handled and for any necessary review. There is no single fixed retention period for all types of information. Once the purpose for processing has ended and no legal retention requirement applies, the information should be deleted or de-identified.

Users can sign in to the panel and use the support ticket portal to request access to, correction of, or deletion of account information. Account ownership must be verified before processing a request. Deletion may affect subscription use and future order lookups. Information that must be retained by law or due to an unresolved dispute will be subject to restricted use. Clearing browser storage does not delete a server-side account.

Policy Updates and Questions

Policy changes will be published on this page, and the month shown at the top will be updated. Important changes to data use or processing will be explained through on-site announcements or notices in the user panel. Where the law requires separate consent for a new use, the relevant notice and confirmation will be provided first.

Questions about the privacy terms, data handling, or the outcome of a deletion request can be submitted through a panel support ticket. See the Terms of Service for service use and refund rules. Please explain your request and provide only the information needed for verification and handling.
